01/09/2026: I have been trying to get off of Instagram. Because I'm chronically ill I'm constantly tired and even engaging in hobbies I love get hard when all I want to do is sit in bed, so I tend to be on my phone engaging in social media slop more often than I want to be. I'm hoping that by having this little tab to share my random thoughts might help ease the urge to rely on the evil apps for serotonin.
